APPOINTMENT FOR ACADEMIC POSITIONS

Subject Areas

Computer Science & Information Technology; Marketing Management; English & Soft Skills; Law; Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain Management; Commerce, Accounting & Finance; OB, Personnel Management & IR; Economics (with specialisation in Econometrics/ Mathematical Economics); Quantitative Techniques; Artificial Intelligence & Decision Science, Physics.

Eligibility

  • Assistant Professor: First Class Master’s degree with Ph.D./UGC NET. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D.
  • Associate Professor:
    1. A good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline
    2. Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed)
    3. Minimum of eight years of experience in teaching and/or research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor
    4. Minimum of seven publications indexed in UGC Care or Scopus or ABDC listed journals
    5. Total research score of 75 as per the UGC criteria.
  • Professor (1 or 2):
    • An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, minimum of 10 research publications indexed in UGC or Scopus or ABDC listed journals, total research score of 120 as per the UGC criteria and experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars.

– OR –

    • An outstanding professional having a Ph.D. in the relevant/allied/applied discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience from any research institution or industry who has made a significant contribution to the knowledge in the relevant discipline supported by documentary evidence

* Retired Professors in the relevant subject area below the age of 65 can also apply.

Eligibility

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in library/ information/ documentation science
  • Clearance of NET or Ph.D.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D.

APPOINTMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in academic and examination functions
  • Ability to lead and manage the team, handle and counsel students, prepare timetable etc.
  • Proficiency in computers like MS Word and MS Excel (Advanced) and MIS.

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree (preferably MBA in Marketing) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in industry and /or placement and training
  • Ability to lead and manage the placement team and drive the placement, training and MDP functions
  • Ability to do networking and building relationship with industry for placement, training, MDP and consulting.

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Application or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in hardware, software and networking protocols
  • Proficiency in upkeep, configuration, and effective operation of computer systems and servers
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • Experience in handling student affairs and grievances
  • Must be comfortable in English, Hindi and Odia languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office

* Willingness to stay in the campus for which bachelor accommodation will be provided

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree in English/ Journalism/ Communication
  • Proficiency in writing news, blogs, reports, contents, etc. in English and Odia
  • Ability to formulate strategies and undertake advertisement and brand building campaigns

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree (preferably MBA in Marketing) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of student admission and hard-core marketing
  • Ability to lead, manage and drive the admission team of any university or academic institution
  • Proficiency in computers like MS Office and MIS.
  • Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi
  • Ability to understand and monitor digital and social media campaigns and promotions
  • Ability to formulate strategies and undertake advertisement and brand-building campaigns

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in educational administration or comparable experience in research establishment/ other institutions of higher education

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar

Eligibility

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia
  • Ability to work in a team and handle prospective students and their parents
  • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS

Eligibility

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in secretarial assistance to senior officials
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet with good typing speed
  • Preference will be given to competency in stenography

Eligibility

  • Only women candidates are eligible to apply
  • Minimum graduation in any discipline with good communication skills
  • Relevant experience of minimum 10 years in handling ladies hostels in a residential hostel
