Dr. Apurva Sahay

Subject Area – Finance & Economics Dr. Sahay has been awarded Ph.D. in Economics by T. M. Bhagalpur University for her research study on ‘Economic Reforms and Household Savings in India’. She holds Master degree in Economics from the same university with specialisation in Mathematical Economics. She also has a Bachelor degree in Education (B.Ed.) from L. N. Mithila University. Dr. Sahay has been a brilliant student having secured the first position in the university in her graduation (B.A. with Honours in Economics) and the second position in her masters (M.A. in Economics). She has teaching experience of six years. She is also a graduate in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music and is a freelance artist with All India Radio. Areas of Academic Interest – Public Finance, Micro-Economics, Economic policies post liberalisation, Socio-economic development of India Dr. Sahay has earned Bachelor degree in music and is an artist of All India Radio for vocal music.
