Global HR : Building Organisations of the Future

The topography of global HR is set to change, and in order to build organizations of the future, the leaders need to think radically about the people processes. Workplaces are evolving like never before especially with the upsurge of artificial intelligence and cloud based technology. The organizations of future would demand managing HR globally, i.e., determining how HR capabilities will be delivered internationally. Managing the global workforce, ensuring compliance with local laws, and addressing cultural differences while managing diversities are the major challenges today. While Global HR challenges are an inevitable part of expansion, if not properly managed, can hinder a company’s ability to achieve its long term growth plans. Progressive and forward-thinking organisations need to equip themselves to manage global hiring, multi-national and remote onboarding, Gig Workers, International compliance, globalized culture, HRIS, versatile workforce, HR Tech Stack, implications of Metaverse etc. Expansion is always difficult and there is no quick solutions to it either. Leaders of today need to assert the strategic role of HR, use data insights effectively, let technology guide integration and build a culture of diversity in order to carve a future fit organization.

Hence, this symposium will deliberate on Global HR with a focus on building organisations of future.
