• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in handling estate administration, maintenance, housekeeping, garden maintenance, vendor management, etc.
• Proficiency in computers like MS Office and MIS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Technology or a related field. MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree will be preferred.
• A minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in business incubation, entrepreneurship, innovation management, startup development, technology commercialisation, business development or related fields
• Experience in managing an incubation Centre, accelerator, startup ecosystem, or innovation initiative will be preferred.
