Programme OVERVIEW
The recent advancements in trade and commerce the world over has created a demand for law professionals with expertise in corporate and commercial law.
ASBM School of Law offers one-year fulltime LLM (Corporate & Commercial Law) in the academic session 2023 – 24. This programme will enable the students to attain expertise in different aspects of corporate and commercial law. It aims at imparting specialised law subjects for career advancement in teaching, research, judiciary, corporate service, public service and specialised practice in corporate law.

Course Curriculum
The students will undergo 28 credits of specialised courses and 4 credits of dissertation spread over two semesters (one year).
