MDP Programme for State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur by Asbm

ASBM conducted a three day management development Programme on ‘Managerial Effectiveness for Organizational Success’ at Bikaner for senior management of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur from 16th to 18th November 2015. The Programme was inaugurated by Mr. Rajib Sharma, General Manager (Network), SBBJ. The Course Director for the Programme Prof. (Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak, Founder & Director of ASBM sensitized all the participants how to become  effective leaders, empowering their subordinates, building effective teams to achieve the organizational goals. During his training, he emphasized on knowing yourself and others, interpersonal communication through transactional analysis,  effective decision making, leadership, time management, subordinate development, understanding and developing customer delight,   building a motivated work place, encourage intelligent risk taking, make employee feel like partners, know your competition. More than 35 senior management officer of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur participated in the Programme. Mr. P. K Sangariya, DGM, SBBJ give away the certificates to all the participants in the valedictory ceremony. Prof. Phalgu Niranjana of ASBM coordinated the Programme.
