Faculty Development Programme, 2016

Asian School of Business Management, a premiere institute in management education, research and development, organized a three-day long Faculty Development Programme on “Multivariate Data Analysis”. The event witnessed participation by scholars and teachers from different regions of India as well as from Bangladesh. 

The Programme was inaugurated at ASBM Campus on 30th June 2016 by Prof. (Dr.) Srijit Mishra, Director, Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies. He beautifully showed the relationship between means and ends while talking about research tools.  

Prof. (Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak, Director of the institute, elaborated on importance of finding a problem and using the right approach to address any research problem. He also gave his expert views on the way and extent of statistics to be used in any research. While stressing on the importance of statistics, he opined that the objective of the research should determine the relevance of statistical use.

Sessions were taken by Prof. (Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak, recipient of International Teaching Excellence Award 2016, Prof. (Dr.) Minaketna Sarangi and Prof. (Dr.) Uma Shankar Mishra.

The three-day long FDP was flagged off with an introduction by Dr. Padmanava Mohapatra and vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Prakash Chandra Dash, the coordinators of the event.

      • The Cover Page Of The Paper Should Contain The Title, Authors' Name And Affiliation, Address And Email Id.

      • The Length Of The Paper Should Not Exceed 5000 Words Excluding Title Page And Reference.

      • It Must Be Accompanied By An Abstract/ Summary (In About 200 Words) And 4-5 Keywords.

      • It Should Be Typed In Times New Roman Style, With Font Size 12,1.5 Line Space And 0.75 Inch Margin On All Sides.
