Dr. Phalgu Niranjana

12Subject Area – Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management Dr. Niranjana is M. A. and M. Phil. in Psychology and Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from Utkal University. She has completed the Certified Evaluators Programme of ACBSP held at Atlanta, USA. She has 16 years of rich experience in teaching and research having worked earlier with IIM Indore, IIBM Guwahati, and IBAT School of Management (KIIT University). Prof. Niranjana has to her credit twenty six publications in nationally and internationally referred journals and ten books published by Sage, Response Books, Excel, and Bloomsbury. She has also presented papers in different national and international conferences.
