Dr. Saroj Kumar Panda, former General Manager of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), is a dynamic professional with three decades of rich experience in IT Services, IT Infrastructure, and IT Business Process across India, China, Sweden, and the USA. He has a deep understanding of IT operations with a track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence.

He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Nagpur and an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta under its Executive Programme in Business Management. He has attended programmes at reputed institutions, including IIM, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Panda served the globally renowned IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), for 25 years and retired as the General Manager of its cognitive business operations. He had also done stints in Polaris Software Lab and Microgiga Infotech.

Dr. Panda is a Certified Independent Director of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India. He has earned Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
