Prof. Prarthana Mishra

Subject Area – Finance & Commerce Prof. Prarthana Mishra holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Utkal University with M.Phil from Gangadhar Meher University. She is qualified in UGC NET in Commerce. She is now pursuing her doctoral degree from the Rama Devi Women’s University. She has published five research papers in national and international journals of repute. She has also contributed book chapters and has presented seven research papers at national and international conferences. Her paper ‘Financial Misrepresentation and Fraud: A Case Study on Bajaj Finance Ltd. And DHFL’ received the Best Paper Award on Accounting Research at the International Seminar on Accounting Education and Research held during the 44^th Conference of the Indian Accounting Association at Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She has also received the Best Poster Award at a national conference held at RDW University. Prof, Mishra is into academics for the last six years. She taught at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar before joining ASBM University. Area of interest – Accounting, Corporate Reporting, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Environmental Sustainability, Financial Frauds etc. Professional Affiliation – All India Accounting Association
