Shri V. K. Gupta, Professor of IIM Indore, addressed the students of Asian School of Business Management under ‘Road to Excellence’ Lecture Series in the institute’s campus on September 22, 2015. Speaking on the topic “Stakeholder Value Management”, he explained how to achieve customer joy without destroying the value. He said, “As the source of money is either own or loan, it has to be linked with profit, growth and value.” He added, “Your customer should regard you as the best. He further said that employee should feel ownership to have full focus while analyzing objective of each prospective and this way the value of commitment can be maintained high.
This Programme, being entirely student-driven, was conducted by students where Ms. Reshmi introduced the guest speaker and the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Kriti Dev. The event concluded with the felicitation of Shri V. K. Gupta by the Prof. M. N. Samantaray Das in the presence of students and members of faculty.
