To the extent the Materials incorporate text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the author(s) has/have obtained necessary permissions.
b) The paper/article named above has not been published, or submitted for publication, or under review, elsewhere.
c) I/We have made a substantial contribution to the concept or design of the article; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the article.
d) I/We agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.
e) I/We agree to, and do hereby, assign all rights, title and interest, including copyrights, in this paper/article to any publisher to be chosen by ASBM University, while the right to intellectual property is retained by me/us.
f) I/We understand that no royalty or remuneration is payable by ASBM University, and that the paper/article is being provided on a voluntary basis for professional recognition through publication.
g) I/We will indemnify and defend ASBM University against any claim, damage, expense, cost or demand against the publication by reason of any violation of any proprietary right or copyright, or because of any libelous or scandalous matter contained in the paper/article.
h) ASBM University will have the right to edit the paper/article, including the title, provided that the meaning of the text is not materially altered.
i) ASBM University may permit others to publish, broadcast, make recordings or mechanical renditions, translate, quote, and otherwise utilize this work and material based on this work, provided the author’s name accompanies the work.
