My journey at ASBM Bhubaneswar has been one of the most transformative chapters of my life. Although it has been more than 6.5 years since I completed my PGDM, the foundation, guidance, and values I received there continue to shape my career every single day.
I was fortunate to receive the highest package of my batch during campus placements and got selected by two reputed organisations—OYO and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank). I chose to join BFIL, and I am proud to still be contributing to the organisation’s mission and growth.
Being awarded the All-Rounder Gold Medal of my batch is a recognition I deeply cherish. It reflects not only my efforts, but also the constant encouragement, mentorship, and academic excellence that ASBM provided.
I am especially grateful to my mentor, Dr. Phalgu Niranjana, whose guidance was instrumental—not just during my time on campus, but also long after I stepped into the corporate world. The guest faculty, lecturers, and the entire academic team played a crucial role in exposing us to real-life corporate scenarios and preparing us to face dynamic professional challenges with confidence.
The pedagogy at ASBM is highly practical, industry-oriented, and thoughtfully designed to equip students with the skills required to excel in the real world. The institution’s merit-based culture is reflected in its scholarship programs as well, and I am proud to have been one of the beneficiaries.
